1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to en999 ("we", "our", "the Platform", or "en999.bet"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and en999 concerning your access to and use of all services available at en999.bet, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and any other features we may offer from time to time.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of en999's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted only one registered account on en999. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms. en999 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances or pending bonuses associated with them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times. Providing false details — including a name, date of birth, or address that does not match your official identity documents — constitutes fraud and may be referred to relevant authorities.

3.3 Login Credentials

Your en999 login username and password are personal and must not be shared with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account. en999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials unless you have notified us promptly in writing at [email protected].

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

en999 supports the following payment channels for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) based on the prevailing rate at the time of transaction, unless a crypto equivalent is displayed separately.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at checkout.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity window; expired bonuses will be forfeited.

• en999 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if it believes the bonus is being exploited, misused, or claimed in bad faith.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on en999 — whether on cricket, live sports, casino games, or slot titles — are final once confirmed. en999 operates under pre-set house rules for each game category. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or game outcomes and the underlying data feed or RNG result, the latter shall prevail.

6.2 Void Bets

en999 may void a bet if it was placed due to an evident technical error, a mispriced market, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (e.g., a match abandoned due to rain in Lahore). Stakes on void bets are returned to your account balance without deduction.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per game round, and per day. These limits are published within the relevant game or sport section of en999. en999 reserves the right to reduce maximum payout limits at any time without prior notice, consistent with normal industry practice.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on en999 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Any form of match-fixing or insider betting on sporting events including PSL, international cricket, or UFC bouts.
• Using en999 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit activity.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform through VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on en999.bet — including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of en999 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any en999 content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, en999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. en999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

en999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including internet infrastructure issues in Karachi, Islamabad, or other regions) may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Responsible Gaming Obligations

en999 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Upon termination for cause, en999 may withhold your account balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is substantiated within 30 days, any legitimate balance will be returned via your registered payment method. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
